Keep The Momentum Going

Well, well, well, we actually made it to the other side.

From a February conversation to an April summit, your founders cannot even wrap words around how awesome this experience has been for us:

It forced us out of comfort zones, straight into what lights us up, and made us swiftly handle any and all discomfort, negative beliefs, and general hard shit that presented itself.

We persevered. We grew. We shared our hearts fully with you.

If you are reading this, we want you to know that YOU are the reason the summit was a success. Because while screaming into an abyss can seem fun(ish), the day simply wouldn’t have been powerful without you showing up for us and yourselves.

So, what now?

We want you to think about the calls to action presented and the choices you’re currently facing. How can you apply what you learned in your everyday life?

What would it look like if you stopped stopping when things got hard, worked through the emotions, and then chose happy and healed?

What if you fully embraced this community and one another and stopped buying into the idea that having different outcomes means we aren’t really alike anymore?

What if your outcome didn’t own you, but – instead – you owned it?

It’s time to rise. To take this energy and mission and apply it to your real life. Execute. Empathize. Eviscerate toxic phrases and emulate a strong, secure person ready to tackle their own mental health. Self-care, self-compassion, and self-awareness becoming priorities.

We are really, really proud of you for showing up to the summit. However, our job is not to give you one day of motivation, but to be the catalyst that helps you make change each and every day.

Stay in touch with us. Tell us how you’re doing and what you’re doing differently. Tag us when you have something to celebrate, and reach out to the friends you made on the days you need support.

The first step was showing up, but there are so many more actions to take. We hope you’ll let us see your new journey and celebrate when you succeed.

We love you guys.
